There are two different varieties of the 29¢ wood duck stamp which was printed by both the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) and KCS (a subsidiary of the American Bank Note Company). Although there were subtle differences, the most noticeable was that the BEP stamp shown here had the words "29 USA" and "Wood Duck" printed in black, while on the KCS stamps the type was in red.
