This booklet pane of 20 was the second printing of this design issued in 1997. New self-adhesive Statue of Liberty stamps were issued on February 1, 1997, in booklets of 20 using 11 X 11 die-cut perforations.  In May, #3122E were issued with 11.5 X 11.8 perforations. Printed on the back of the booklet of 20 stamps was a message concerning the Postal Service's Stamps etc. mail order catalog.
