This stamp pictures an emperor angelfish swimming in mound and blue coral. This stamp is part of the Pacific Coral Reef pane.
 
The Pacific Coral Reef pane of 10 commemorative stamps was the sixth in the “Nature of America” series. The pane forms a mural of marine wildlife. The stamps are semijumbo size and five are oriented horizontally and the rest vertically. An outline of each stamp and species name is on the back of the backing paper.
