This limited-edition Fleetwood cover is from 2006, the year NASA launched its second "Return to Flight" Space Shuttle mission after the Columbia disaster.  It was an International Space Station mission to test new safety and repair techniques introduced after the Columbia disaster.  Space shuttle Discovery launched July 4, 2006, the first and only shuttle launch on Independence Day.  The mission lasted 13 days.  This cover includes a patriotic stamp and is postmarked September 29, 2006 – the anniversary of the first Discovery mission.
