Get the 2019 UN World Heritage Stamps Issued by the Geneva Office
The United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has preserved over 1,000 World Heritage Sites in countries across the globe. On October 24, 2019, six stamps were issued honoring UNESCO's World Heritage Sites in Cuba. The New York office stamps pictured Morro Castle/Old Havana and Viñales Valley, the Geneva office commemorated Valle de los Ingenios/Trinidad and Palacio de Valle/Cienfuegos, and the Vienna office stamps pictured Camagüey and Castillo de San Pedro. All six stamps were printed using offset lithography and feature gold foil accents.
