Own Limited-Edition 1981 Space Stamp Sheet Signed by Astronauts John Young & Robert Crippen

It’s always exciting when Mystic finds something new in our inventory – and today is your chance to own something we just discovered.  We found 20 mint sheets of 1981 18¢ Space Achievement stamps signed by astronauts John Young and Robert (Bob) Crippen.  These men were the crew of the famous STS-1, NASA’s first Space Shuttle mission and the first flight of Columbia.  The were chosen for the mission because they were some of NASA’s most experienced astronauts at the time.

These stamps were issued just a month after the Columbia STS-1 mission in which Young and Crippen took part.  They also attended the First Day of Issue ceremony for this stamp, so owning a sheet with their signatures will be especially meaningful.  We don’t know just how many of these signed sheets exist, but we only have a few in our inventory.  Act now to take advantage of this special opportunity.
