| This lot includes 38 pounds of loose First Day Covers, First Day Canceled postal stationery and postal cards. Some foreign, United Nations and US commemorative covers included too. Many of the cachets I spotted were ArtCraft's famous engraved cachets. While looking through the lot, I noticed some joint issue first day covers with both the US and foreign stamp! A small amount of the lot contains mint postal cards and postal stationery. The only stamps off cover I saw were 11 mint 1996 UN Year sets in original folders, 4 each from Vienna and Geneva & 3 from the NY office. Over $480 Mystic retail in the UN stamps alone! | |
