Mint Sheet Honors Palace of Westminster
These four stamps were issued in 2020 to mark the 150th anniversary of the rebuilding of the Palace of Westminster and show its ornate architecture. Designs picture Norman Porch, the Chapel of St. Mary Undercroft, St. Stephen's Hall, and the Royal Gallery. The original Westminster palace was an iconic piece of British architecture that burned down in 1834. Because of its importance, it was decided the palace would be rebuilt.
