This collection has five different first flight cover from 1926-1989. A first flight cover is carried on the first flight of an authorized Air Mail route. First Flight Covers are collected by both the hand-stamped cachet and dated backstamp of the Post Office wheree the cover is received. Unlike First Day Covers, any type of US postage may be used.
