The stamps on this First Day Cover picture Ukrainian and foreign weapons being used to fight back against Russia. Include's Ukraine's Vilkha (a heavy multi-rocket launcher), Ukraine's R-360 Neptune (anti-ship cruise missile), Stuhna-P (anti-tank missile), Turkish Bayraktar TB2 (medium-altitude long-range combat drone), American FGM-148 Javelin (anti-tank missile system), and American M142 HIMARS (light multi-rocket launcher).
Regarding the release of the stamp sheet, Urkposhta (Ukraine's postal service) said "In today's reality, when Russia is waging a full-scale war against Ukraine, it is more important than ever to show respect and support to the military, who tirelessly defend the borders and repel enemy attacks. That is why Ukrposhta announces the release of new postage stamps – Weapons of Victory – to thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine for their resilience, strength, and courage." A portion of the money earned from the sale of these stamps was also donated to Ukraine's Armed Forces.
