The design on this booklet pane of 20 was issued in 2000 as a non-denominated stamp. 

 

The photograph used on these stamps was taken by Paul Hardy of New York City. It shows a classic shot of the Statue, which was dedicated in 1886. Lady Liberty has been featured on more than 25 stamps, envelopes and post cards, beginning in 1922.
