This mint booklet pane of 20 self-adhesive stamps was issued for a rate change and had a face value of 34¢. 

The photograph used on this stamp was taken by Paul Hardy of New York City. It shows a classic shot of the Statue, which was dedicated in 1886. Lady Liberty has been featured on more than 25 stamps, envelopes and post cards, beginning in 1922.
