The Heritage Migratory Bird Stamp Club lets you build a collection of US Federal Duck stamps.  They've been issued since 1934 to raise money for waterfowl and wetland conservation as well as serve as a receipt for hunters.  Today, stamp designs are selected through the well-known Federal Duck Stamp Contest in which artists compete to have their designs selected for the next year's stamp.
