Add This 1976 Silver Bicentennial Set to Your Collection
This set includes three 40% silver coins produced at the San Francisco Mint and bearing the “S” mint mark. The bicentennial issue has special designs on the reverse (tails) side of the dollar, half-dollar, and quarter. The reverse of the Eisenhower Dollar coin pictures the liberty bell with the moon in the background. The half-dollar features John F. Kennedy on the obverse and Independence Hall in Philadelphia on the reverse. The tails side of the quarter shows a Revolutionary War drummer boy.
This set is sealed in plastic to protect the coins and preserve their shine. A cardboard frame with patriotic colors, a red envelope, and a description card are all included in the set. Fewer than five million of these sets were produced. That’s less than one set for every 14 households at the time.
This is your chance to own this silver Bicentennial set of coins. It will make a neat addition to your coin or bicentennial collection or a nice stand-along piece. Order yours today.
