Elvis and Priscilla met in 1959 at a party while he was stationed in Germany. She moved back to America to be with him and they were married on May 1, 1967. The small eight-minute ceremony was held at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was followed by a press conference and breakfast reception for 100 guests. They held another reception at Graceland later that month for those who couldn’t attend the wedding.
