Begun in 1999, the 50 State Quarters Program was one of the US Mint most popular coin series ever.  Quarters featured important people, events, inventions, and more from every state in the union, and were issued in the order the states joined the Union.

Delaware became America’s first state when it ratified the US Constitution on December 7, 1787.  This full-color panel features two Delaware quarters – one each from the Philadelphia and Denver Mints.  And the panel is filled with lots of great details – a state map, the state flag, fast facts, plus a profile of a patriot – Caesar Rodney.  Pictured on Delaware’s state quarter, Rodney held the most public offices of any citizen of that state.  In 1776, he rode his horse 80 miles to meet the Continental Congress to cast the deciding vote that established America’s independence.

The panel also features neat artwork and pictures the 1937 Constitution Sesquicentennial stamp.  Add all this US and Delaware history to your collection – order now.
