Today, you can own this patriotic souvenir sheet from Antigua that includes the US Presidents number 23-33 along with a $3 Capitol Building stamp.  On each stamp besides the Capitol Building, a bordered portrait of the president is displayed with an American flag in the bottom left-hand corner.  Each stamp gradually increases by 1¢.  Harrison starts at 23¢ with Truman ending at 33¢.
