This Ukraine stamp features an art installation called, “I’m Fine.” The installation was designed by the Ukrainian Witness media project. The F denomination is intended to pay the rate for registered domestic letters weighing less than 50 grams. The stamp was issued on January 16, 2025. Only 500,000 stamps were produced.
The I’m Fine art installation debuted at the Burning Man 2024 Festival held in the Nevada desert. The 35-yard-long piece of art was made from artifacts found in Ukrainian territories that had been overtaken by Russia then reclaimed. These included damaged street signs, rubble from buildings, satellite dishes, and solar panels. The installation was conceived by Ukrainian artist Oleksiy Sai with the help of the country’s former Deputy Defense Minister Vitaliy Deynega. The work reflects both the destruction of war and the resilience of the people of Ukraine.
The I’m Fine stamp allows those who weren’t able to experience the artwork at the festival to still understand the impact the war has on the citizens who are caught in the midst of it. Add it to your Ukraine war stamp collection.
