This mint sheet of nine stamps features the insignias of different branches of the Law Enforcement Service (or VSP). Other insignias represent different territorial departments and special units.

The Military Law Enforcement Service was founded in 2002 and was assigned to Ukrainian units fighting in Iraq. In 2023 and 2024, the program was expanded to maintain discipline in the Ukrainian armed forces and to prevent war crimes.

The Central Department is responsible for forces in and around the capital of Kyiv. The Western Division is assigned to the Lviv Oblast. The Eastern Territorial Directorate is directly responsible over Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The Southern Directorate oversees the Odessa Oblast. The special unit insignias include the 138^th Special Forces Center involved in counterterrorism, the 307^th Disciplinary Battalion, and the 25^th Military Police Training Center.
