Ukraine Stamp Sheet Honors Resistance Movement

Ukrposhta, Ukraine’s Postal Service issued stamps paying tribute to the Resistance Movement of the Special Operations Forces within the country.  Each stamp shows a figure in a black hood.  Over one eye is the symbol of the movement, two arrows facing opposite directions with a dot in the center.  It represents invisibility and determination during dark times.

The Resistance Movement operates behind enemy lines, gathering intelligence and performing special missions.  Its numbers have grown since the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, with average citizens volunteering to be part of the movement.
