Very nicely kept Belgium Albums and Mystic’s Heritage US President’s and First Ladies Collections

Two homemade (pages printed at home) Belgium albums. Very neatly kept. Mint and Used Stamps in black mounts, pages have been inserted into clear page protectors. Really sharp looking collection. Very few holes throughout the collection. Scott value for collection is not mentioned but there are several stamps or sets with Scott values of $100 or greater. First album runs from 1849 to 1986, second album from 1987 to 1999.
