# MM733 - 46x31mm 50 Horizontal Clear Bottom-Weld Mounts
Mystic’s clear drop-end mounts look cleanest in an album (they’re nearly invisible) and are the easiest to add and remove stamps from. They are welded on the bottom only, so are a bit less secure than split-back mounts. To use a drop-end mount, first locate its dull side. This is the back. Insert your stamp into the mount to make sure it’s the proper size. The seam should be at the bottom. Remove your stamp and lightly moisten the entire back side of the mount. Place it in its proper position on your album page, and re-insert your stamp after giving the adhesive a few minutes to dry.
Mystic’s clear drop-end mounts are made of the same archival-quality material used by museums to protect their philatelic collections. These mounts are acid-free and won’t shrink or discolor over time.
Don’t want to measure your stamps? Mystic makes it easy to order the correct sizes. Simply enter a US Scott number into the search bar and click on the stamp you’d like to buy mounts for. Underneath the conditions offered, click the blue “Mounts” button and the correct sizes will appear.
