West Virginia Waterfowl Stamp Program
West Virginia began its Waterfowl Stamp Program in 1989. Similar to Federal Duck Stamps, proceeds from these stamps are used to help waterfowl and their habitat. One of the projects funded by proceeds from the stamps' original sales was moving beavers into a wildlife management area to help control water levels.  All hunters wishing to hunt waterfowl in New Jersey are required to purchase a stamp.
