Produced by Colorano, these covers honor the launch of the 25th mission of the Space Shuttle Discover, STS-95 (the 92nd mission of the Space Shuttle program).  The cachets picture the shuttle crew, and the postmarks honors the launch and return dates of the mission.

Launched on October 29, 1998, STS-95 lasted nine days, returning November 7.  One of the astronauts aboard Discovery was John Glenn, the first American to orbit the Earth in 1962.  His return to space aboard the space shuttle at age 77 made him the oldest person to go to space at the time.  More than 80 experiments were conducted during the flight, and the crew also released a satellite and worked on the Hubble Space Telescope Orbiting Systems Test.
